Pinning the Grux Extension allows for easiest access to the Extension
1. Click on the Chrome Extension button located to the right of the Navigation Bar
a. To note, it looks like a puzzle piece
b. A pop-up window will appear, with the Grux Extension listed
2. Click on the Icon of the Pin
a. Once selected, you will notice the Grux Extension Icon will be ‘pinned’ between the Chrome Navigation Bar and the Chrome Extension button, which allows for easy access to the Extension
There are 2 Main ways to access Grux Extension, the Menu and the Side Panel
1. To Access the Grux Extension Menu, simply click on the newly pinned Grux Extension Icon located directly to the right of the Navigation Bar
a. This takes you to the Grux Extension Menu which gives you Direct Access to the Screen Capture, and Video Recorder, as well as links to the Extension Dashboard, our Live Chat Support, our Customer Support Portal, our Website, and more.
2. Alternatively, to Directly Open the Grux Extension Side Panel you can Click on our Floating Icon in the top right hand corner of any window.
a. This takes you Directly to the Grux Extension Side Panel where you have Direct Access to features like Meeting Bot, Tasks, Channels, Drive, Chat, and more.
1. In Google Chrome, Navigate to: chrome://extensions/
2. Use the toggle in the top-right corner of the page to enable Developer mode
3. Click the Update button to update your extensions
a. A confirmation notification will appear at the bottom of the page
