How to Use - ‘Notetaker’ in your Zoom Meetings

There are two ways to have the Grux Notetaker join your Zoom meetings:

1. Manual Invitation via Zoom Meeting Link:
          a. Copy the ‘Join’ link from the Zoom meeting you want Grux Notetaker to attend

                    i. This is typically found in your meeting invitation

          b. Open the Grux extension and click the side panel to access the dashboard

          c. Paste the link in the ‘Invite Notetaker’ field 

                    i. Once you've pasted the link, click the button (arrow right) to instruct the Grux Notetaker to join the specified Zoom meeting

2. Automatically Join Zoom Meeting via Calendar Events:

          a. Ensure Google Calendar is Linked: If you haven't already, you need to connect your Google Calendar to Grux

                    i. This is done within the same ‘Integrations’ section in Grux Settings, but under the ‘Google’ option 

          b. Schedule Meetings on Google Calendar: Ensure your Zoom meetings are scheduled and present in your linked Google Calendar

          c. Once your Google Calendar is linked and the Zoom integration is active, the Grux Notetaker will automatically join any Zoom meetings scheduled in your Google Calendar without requiring manual invitation
