Setup - How to Setup the Zoom Integration for Notetaker

Follow these steps to authorize Grux Notetaker to join your Zoom Meetings:

1. Download the Grux Extension from the Chrome Web Store

          a. https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/grux/kjpmnofclplackndjopiifppklacafai

2. Once added, open the extension and click the side panel 

3. On the upper left portion of the side panel, click the ‘G’ logo to access the Grux Settings

4. On the Settings Page, navigate to the ‘Integrations’ then look for ‘Zoom

5. In the Zoom section, you will see the option to link Grux's Notetaker service with Zoom 

          a. When enabled, this will allow the Notetaker to join any Zoom meetings that you were invited to

6. Once this is enabled, you will be redirected to Zoom's login screen

          a. Enter your Zoom Username and Password

          b. Review the permissions required

          c. Lastly, click ‘Allow’ to grant Grux access

7. After successful authorization, the Zoom section in your Integrations should now indicate that the Notetaker service is linked to your Zoom account with a green dot

How to Remove Grux Notetaker from Your Zoom Account

These Steps explain how to completely disassociate Grux Notetaker from your Zoom Account.

1. Open your web browser and go to the Zoom Marketplace App Listing for Grux

          a. https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/6jCUYZiNQN2oZAED2T8kKA

2. If you are not already logged in to your Zoom account in your browser, you may be prompted to do so before you can access the app listing details 

          a. Note: Ensure you log in with the same Zoom account that you previously authorized Grux to access

3. Once you are on the Grux app listing page, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the ‘Remove App’ button, then click ‘Remove App’

          a. a prompt will ask if you are sure you want to remove the app and revoke all permissions. 

4. Click ‘Remove’ or ‘Confirm’ to proceed
